For us the QUALITY of our "LUQUE" Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the result of different characteristics that make it preferable to other similar ones, as the followings:

KNOW-HOW GROWING THE OLIVE TREES: obtaining healthy fruits and harvesting them in the right and proper moment.

KNOW-HOW OF OUR MASTER MILLER: the mill is carrying out following the rules and secrets transmitted by our ancestors.

WHOLE PRODUCTION PROCESS UNDER CONTROL: this way allows a total TRACEABILITY, from the olives to the bottle, very important aspect for consumer's food safety. Our olive groves and our mill are certified organic by the Andalusian Committee of Organic Farming (C.A.A.E.), IFOAM member. ES-ECO-001-AN.

Because of our constant concern for the consumers and the environment, we have decided to implant the quality standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14000, as well as IFS (International Food Standard), very well known and recognised for Food Safety.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: we produce oils from different varieties as Pajarera, Picuda, Nevadillo, Hojiblanca, Manzanilla, Picual, Lechín and Arbequina. Each one of them adds to the oil some beneficial characteristic as, for example, Pajarera contributes giving it aroma and sweetness, Picuda gives a spicy taste, Picual its stability, Hojiblanca its sweetness and Arbequina its fruity flavour.

PACKAGING: as a complement to our highest standards for harvesting the olives and producing the oil, the packaging has also been chosen to be ideal for the most select and demanding markets.

In this line of exquisite packaging, our company belongs to “Alamoda” Project collaborating with the famous Spanish fashion designer Ángel Schlesser, who has conceived a very special line for our "LUQUE" brand.
